❓ What is Reports AI?
Reports AI is your on-demand, flexible reporting engine for Google Ads. It allows you to generate fully customized tables based on any metric, dimension, or time period—all by simply describing what you want.
From advanced performance breakdowns to historical comparisons and calculated metrics, Reports AI gives you the power to analyze your data exactly the way you need it, and download the results as a ready-to-use CSV file.
And thanks to Adnine’s secure technology, your Google Ads data is never shared with any AI service—keeping your information private and fully protected.
▶️ Why is it important?
Standard reports only go so far. Reports AI empowers you to:
📊 Build any table you want using natural language prompts
🧠 Apply custom logic and transformations to your data (e.g., calculate growth, create weighted averages)
📅 Compare time periods easily and track changes in performance
💾 Export results instantly in clean CSV format, ready for use in Excel, Sheets, or Looker Studio
🔐 Keep your data private—your data is never used to train or feed any AI
📚 Save and share reports via the built-in Prompt Library
🔍 How does it work?
You write a short natural language prompt describing the table you want. Reports AI processes your request, fetches live Google Ads data, applies the requested calculations, and returns a table directly to your screen—instantly downloadable as CSV.
You can include instructions like:
“Return the top 50 campaigns by ROAS over the past 30 days”
“Show me clicks by device type comparing the last 30 days to the previous 30”
“Use European comma notation and double-quote every cell”
“Rename columns to ‘Campaign’, ‘Conversions last 30 days’, ‘Conversions 30 days prior’, ‘% Change’, ‘Δ Change’”
🛠️ What can you do?
✅ Full Access to Google Ads Data
Access any metric or dimension available in Google Ads: impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, CTR, ROAS, device type, ad group, campaign, keyword, and much more.
🔁 Time-Based Comparisons
Prompt Reports AI to calculate differences between time periods—such as the last 30 days vs. the 30 before that. Automatically compute:
Percentual change
Absolute change
Growth trends
➕ Custom Calculations
Ask for custom metrics like:
Weighted quality scores
Conversion per keyword per match type
Spend per city relative to conversions
Click-through rate drop across mobile vs desktop
🔽 Sorting & Row Control
Decide how many rows you want and how they’re ordered. For example:
“Return the lowest 100 ad groups by conversion rate”
“Top 20 campaigns by spend, sorted descending”
📚 Prompt Library & Team Sharing
The Prompt Library allows you to:
💾 Save your favorite prompts for repeated use
🤝 Share prompts with your team to standardize reporting across your organization
🧠 Build a collaborative reporting system, where everyone contributes to a growing library of insights
🔍 Easily search and reuse prompts like "weekly campaign summary" or "top underperforming ad groups"
Whether you're building advanced formulas or repeating common reports, the Prompt Library saves time and improves consistency across teams.
📋 Example Prompts
Weighted Quality Score by Ad Group
“Generate a table with weighted quality scores per ad group. You will calculate this by first getting keywords, date, impressions and historical quality score in the last 30 days. Then, you will aggregate this per ad group, weighting the quality score by impressions for each ad group. The final table to be returned has the following columns: ad group name, weighted quality score, impressions last 30 days.”
Conversion Change Over Time
“Generate a table that has the following columns: 1) ad group name, 2) conversions last 60 days, 3) conversions last 60 days prior, 4) percentual change, 5) absolute change. Where conversions last 60 days prior are the 60 days before the last 60 days. Column 4 and 5 is the difference between the two conversion columns expressed as respectively percentage change and absolute change. The table needs to be sorted by column 5 descending.”
CSV Format Customization
“Return the top 50 campaigns by CPA over the last 30 days. Use comma as decimal separator (European notation), and enclose all values in double quotes so they are CSV compatible.”
⚙️ CSV Output & Download
Every report is returned as a table and immediately downloadable as a CSV file.
You control how the file is structured:
Choose number format (e.g., comma vs dot decimal)
Specify column names
Choose sorting and filters
Control number of rows
