👥 Teams & collaboration in Adnine
Adnine is built to support seamless collaboration across teams—whether you’re a solo marketer working with a freelancer or an agency managing dozens of accounts. Everyone on your team gets access to the same dashboards, automations, and reporting—with strict privacy and access controls to keep everything secure and compliant.
Here’s how teams work on Adnine:
🔐 Smart access control: everyone sees only what they should
Adnine is designed to ensure that no one sees data they shouldn’t have access to—even within the same team.
Your access to data is based on three things:
Your team membership
Your personal access to the Google Ads account
Whether the Google Ads account has been connected to your team
In practice, this means:
If you have access to a Google Ads account but your team hasn’t connected it yet, you won’t see any data or interact with that account.
If your team has connected a Google Ads account, but you personally don’t have access to it, you also won’t see or be able to interact with it.
Only when both are true—you have access and your team has connected the account—will the data be visible and actionable for you.
This ensures your Google Ads data stays private and compliant across teams and users.
🧠 Built for collaboration
While data access is strictly controlled, everything else in the platform is designed to encourage collaboration:
✅ Shared dashboards: Everyone in the team sees the same data and reporting (based on their access)
🛠️ Shared automations: Create automation rules once and make them available to everyone on your team
📄 Shared logs: Track changes and activity in one unified view
🔁 Prompt Library: Save and reuse report prompts, and share them across your team to speed up workflows
💼 One plan. Unlimited teammates.
There’s no per-user pricing in Adnine. All teammates share the same billing plan—so whether you invite 2 people or 20, your cost stays the same.
👨👩👧👦 Unlimited team members
💳 One shared subscription
📨 Invite anyone by email in just a few clicks
🔐 Your Identity, your actions
Any changes made within Adnine—such as excluding search terms, applying rules, or updating reports—are always logged under your own Google email address.
That means:
✅ Only your name appears in Google Ads logs
✅ No "Adnine service account" ever makes changes on your behalf
✅ Full transparency and accountability for all platform actions
🧑🤝🧑 Team roles & permissions
To keep things organized, teams in Adnine have three types of roles:
🔵 Admin
Full access to everything
Can invite or remove team members
Can connect or disconnect Google Ads accounts
Can change user roles
Can remove other users’ automation rules
🟢 Standard
Can view all team data
Can create and manage their own rules
Can’t remove other users or their rules
🟡 View-Only
Can view dashboards, reports, and logs
Can’t make changes or create automations
📩 Inviting Team Members
You can invite anyone to your team using their email address. Once they accept, they'll instantly have access to:
Shared dashboards and logs
Team-created automation rules
Any reports saved in the prompt library
The accounts they personally have access to and that your team has connected
And again, they’ll only ever see the data they have permission to view in Google Ads—no more, no less.
